PlayStation 3 gets update 2.35 (Updated)

Posted by Daniel Nasserian On May - 15 - 2008

Sony has just released a firmware update for the PS3 that supposedly improves the stability of some of the games. When gamers got word their minds drifted immediately to the supposed issues that GTA4 has had on the PS3 console. Unfortunately word has it that the update does not affect GTA4 whatsoever. Once more information is available, we will bring it to you.

According to Sony:

[We] just want to clarify that this upcoming firmware update isn’t related to GTA IV. For those of you who may still have an issue playing the game on your PS3, we have identified a solution that should resolve the issue. You can contact SCEA Consumer Services for support…

So to dumb it down, this update won’t fix issues with GTA4 but there is a solution. Personally I have never had a problem with GTA4 on my PS3 but one of my buddies have so the game is not 100% faulty.

Is the Two-Face picture legit?

Posted by Daniel Nasserian On May - 14 - 2008

After receiving 2 separate notices to remove images from this site and even a visit to my home by a WB investigator in regards to the leaked Joker images, I am starting to believe that the recent photo we have seen of Aaron Eckhart portraying Two-Face is indeed a fake. Now I may be wrong and there is rumor that the image was concept art for the final product but WB has been very aggressive in regards to having leaks or spoilers removed from even the smallest sites. After going through all the trouble of making sure our tiny operation keeps images away from the eyes of “The Dark Knight” fans, why neglect an image of a character that hasn’t been seen to date? Personally, I have a feeling that the Two-Face in the image will be very different than the Two-Face in the upcoming film.

What do you think?

Frist TV spot for “The Dark Knight” airs

Posted by Daniel Nasserian On May - 11 - 2008

I don’t watch “Survivor” but a friend who does wasn’t hesitant to call me when they saw this TV spot shown during the season finale. It is pretty much a condensed version of the latest theatrical trailer but there are a couple of new scenes along with a narration. Hope you all enjoy it and let us know what you think!

Holy hi-res stills galore, Batman! (Updated)

Posted by Eugene Wong On May - 9 - 2008

Well, it appears that 39 movie stills from The Dark Knight, some old, but most of them refreshingly new, have surfaced onto the web! Included in the collection are behind-the-scenes photos of director Chris Nolan and Co. pouring their stark genius into assembling this soon to be epic masterpiece (*fingers crossed*). Key shots include Rachel Dawes in the interrogation room, a line of military trucks crossing over a bridge, Bruce Wayne and Lucius Fox in what appears to be a cleared-out warehouse, and a first look at Lau, the alleged Hong Kong weapons dealer. And now for your viewing pleasure…

Images have been removed at Warner Bros.’ request. If you have any “questions”, feel free to shoot us an email or leave us a comment.
