That’s right, a George W. Bush biopic on the eve of the November presidential elections. The film, titled W. and directed by Oliver Stone, stars Josh Brolin (No Country For Old Men) as Bush. I found the casting to be incredibly amusing, especially the decision to cast Thandie Newton (Mission: Impossible II, The Chronicles of Riddick) as Condoleezza Rice. The filming began in May of this year, and the film is set for an October release. Lawlz.
