After a whole excruciating year and a half of waiting for some new material from Jack Bauer’s 7th latest escapade, “24″ fans can finally dispose of that bottle of Vicodin and rest at ease. Coming November 25, Fox Home Entertainment will be releasing “24: Redemption” on DVD. “Redemption” bridges the gap between Seasons 6 and 7, taking place in South Africa as Jack Bauer, working as a missionary, must track down and stop a ruthless warlord who is drafting children into his militia.
“24: Redemption” will be presented in 1.78:1 anamorphic widescreen with an English Dolby Digital 5.1 track. Extras will include:
- Extended Edition “Creator’s Cut” featuring over 10 minutes of deleted footage
- Commentary with the cast and crew
- A Making Of Documentary
- 2 Featurettes – Children of War and “24: Season 6″ in 4 minutes
- First 16 minutes of the Season 7 Premiere
