So remember that time your 360 Red Ringed on you? How about your friend’s 360? You would think that knowing that anywhere from 33%-50% of your consoles are going to break would be deemed unacceptable. Well someone has. California’s consumer protection laws have now initiated a class action lawsuit on Microsoft which may end up with MS turning over all it’s profits from the Xbox 360 and forced to start up a full refund program to its consumers.
