According to the details, seasons 1, 2, and part of 3 will be included in these 2 volumes.  From what we hear on the two sets, the video and audio have not been remastered and there are no special features.   I know, a complete blu-ray collection of the entire series would be the ultimate must-buy for all of us, but I doubt that’s going to happen at this point.  The reason this series took so damn long to make it onto DVD was due to rights issues from the studios regarding ownership of the episodes.  However, this might possibly be the best we’ll have to settle with if Buena Vista plans to release the remaining volumes for the rest of the series.  It’s a shame, but hey, I’m sure they’re better than those bootleg DVD sets you considered buying off ebay.
