Sony Pictures has released the first full trailer for director Roland Emmerich’s (“The Day After Tomorrow”, “Independence Day”) next disaster movie, “2012″. The film focuses on the end of the world and its date, December 21, 2012, which was predicted by the Mayan calendar as well as by many other prophetic figures in history. If you think about it, guys, this can be quite chilling considering the idea that this may actually happen. I mean, when have the Mayans been wrong? That’s right, we’ll see who’s paranoid in 3 years’ time…
“2012″ stars John Cusack, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Danny Glover, Thandie Newton and Oliver Platt. It is scheduled for a November 13th, 2009 release date (Why not December 21, 2012?).
