If you have been reading the titles from DC’s New 52, then you aren’t really surprised by how gruesome it’s been in some cases. In the “Detective Comics” series, The Joker had his face removed by The Dollmaker in the very first issue. Since then, the popular Batman villain hasn’t had much of a presence in any series…for now.
This new poster has been released teasing the return of The Joker to the DC Universe and yes, his face is still disconnected.
Fans can see what will happen in “Batman” #13 slated for a fitting October release.
