Marvel Studios has released the first official movie poster for “Thor”. Expect the first trailer to be out sometime tomorrow!

We were fortunate to get our hands on a copy of Jedi Junkies and will be bringing you a review within the next couple of days. Until then, sit back, relax, and enjoy Attack of the Show’s short coverage of the newly released documentary.

The 3rd film in Nolan’s installment of the franchise will be officially titled “The Dark Knight Rises”. When I first heard the news I thought it odd that it would be so similarly titled without just throwing a number behind it.

In an interview Nolan gave the fans a bit of information that is sure to get the buzz going for a movie that we won’t even be able to see for a year and a half. Nolan stated that the title would, in fact, be “The Dark Knight Rises”, that it would NOT be shot in 3D, but IMAX only, and though he didn’t say who the villian would be, let us know that we shouldn’t expect to see The Riddler.

I am personally happy that this movie won’t be in 3D since I find it nothing but a distraction from crappy story telling. Not only that, 3D has come and gone once in the 50s and again in the 80s. By time “The Dark Knight Rises” enters theaters, chances are the gimmick would have already lost popularity.

Finally, it is believed that the upcoming film would be shooting in New Orleans (Killer Croc anyone?). We will confirm this once it’s official and are happy to be tracking Batman news once again.

Set photos of Chris Evans as Steve Rogers aka Captain America have finally surfaced online for the upcoming film “Captain America: The First Avenger”. Damn, did the guy get ripped! Also notice the prosthetic feet…?

Warner Bros has released 4 new Comic-Con promo posters for “Green Lantern”, which give us our first look at Mark Strong as Sinestro.  How cool is this?

Having been at this past weekend’s panel for the film at Comic-Con, I can tell you that the footage is pretty damn kickass.  While the suit was not shown, we do see a clip of the ring manifesting itself into a giant green fist as Jordan knocks down a group of thugs.  Other members of the Green Lantern Corps such as Tomar-Re are also shown, along with brief glimpses of Abin-Sur (Temuera Morrison), Carol Ferris (Blake Lively), Hector Hammond (Peter Sarsgaard), and Senator Hammond (Tim Robbins).

Reynolds also recited the Green Lantern oath to widespread applause, which can be seen here.

Marvel has released two teaser posters/concept art for “Thor” and “Captain America” which will both be on display at Comic-Con this coming weekend. Check them out!

We now have scans of photos for “Green Lantern” from next week’s Entertainment Weekly issue. These give us a first look at Blake Lively, Peter Sarsgaard, Tim Robbins, and Angela Bassett.

“Green Lantern” is scheduled for a June 17th, 2011 release.
