What was once only available on certain set top boxes, through the computer or on the Kindle Fire, Amazon Prime Instant Video has made its way onto the Sony PlayStation 3 in order to compete with other streaming services such as Netflix.

For $79 a year, Amazon Prime allows access to much of the same streaming titles as Netflix as well as thousands of current movies that can be rented or purchased. What’s nice about Prime is that it also allows you to take advantage of free 2 day shipping on eligible products on amazon.com. They have also created a digital library which allows users to borrow books for free to be read on the Kindle.

With Prime giving consumers more for their money and better outlets to take advantage of video streaming, they are making themselves a big player in the digital video era.

DC Comics giving a make over to 52 of their main characters including Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, The Flash, Aqua Man, Green Lantern and many more. To read the full story and see the video CLICK HERE!!!

After more than 75 years of dawning the same costumes, capes and masks these characters will be updated to be more appealing to current audiences, this move will generate A LOT of turbulence but if it is successful it will open the doors for a new era for most of the DC Super Heroes. Although I have no issue with the current costumes I am excite to see the outcome, I personally enjoyed the update of Wonder Woman’s new outfit and feel that this move may be over due for many characters.

In the mean time lets keep our fingers crossed and hope for the best, after all, comic book Icon JIM LEE is heading the project and I believe he will do a great job just as he did with Wonder Woman’s costume.

From Ordinary to Extraordinary

Are there real life super heroes among us? Well you might be surprised to know that what we have considered as fiction for so long is taking on a very tangible and real form, perhaps its from all the new super hero films or perhaps just from “Kick Ass,” though we may never know for sure.

Turns out ordinary people are beginning to take action for the same reasons our beloved mythical heroes take action in their own stories…for a better reality.
